Reading band Rebus have been causing a stir throughout the South East for the last year. Their unique indie-disco-electro-sex-punk compound is spreading throughout the UK. They have racked up support slots alongside bands such as The Ordinary Boys, Morning Runner and The Infadels amongst others. Their sound could be described as "a fizzing fire cracker crammed with garage punk, rock, disco bleeps, synths, raucous guitars and explosive drumming"...The band is picking up support and is now managed by the same team that look after Bjork and the Arcade Fire. Watch out for them in 2006...
