When Gravity Fails are a BIG Tool/Soundgarden shaped thing built on great big powerful relentless taller-than-giant-buildings riffs. The band were formed by Nick Emery, ex bassist / co-songwriter in Cortizone, who released one hugely rated album - ‘Selling Out For The Sucker' - on Virgin Records in 2001, and toured with the likes of Tool, Paradise Lost, Limp Bizkit and Raging Speedhorn, before imploding in 2003.

The band are currently unsigned but not for long if we had our say. They have just self produced and recorded their debut album mixed by John Mitchell (The Blueprint, Funeral for a Friend).
